Students in translation, localization, and interpreting programs are invited to participate in GALA's 2018 Rising Star Essay Contest. Two winners will receive a free registration and reimbursement for travel/lodging expenses to attend GALA's Language of Business conference in Boston next March. Submit an essay (1200-1500 words) considering the following statement: What impact does new media (video localization, eLearning, etc.) have on translation tasks and methods?
