will defend her thesis titled

Cocina Tropical: Sabores clásicos y contemporáneos de Puerto Rico, a translation from English into Spanish of Cocina Tropical: The Classic & Contemporary Flavors of Puerto Rico by Jose Santaella.

Thesis committee members include Aurora Lauzardo Ugarte, Ph. D., Luis A. García Nevares, Ph. D., and thesis advisor Prof. Yvette Torres Rivera.

The defense is open to the general public. Everyone is invited to attend.
