will defend her thesis titled
El testimonio de una madre: la vida después de la tragedia (Una traducción de los capítulos 1 y 2, “'There's Been a Shooting at Columbine High School'” y "Slivers of Glass", de A Mothers Reckoning: Living in the Aftermath of Tragedy de Sue Klebold), a translation from English into Spanish of a selection from A Mother's Reckoning: Living in the Afiermath of Tragedy by Sue Klebold.
Thesis committee members include Aurora Lauzardo Ugarte, Ph. D., Alejandro Álvarez Nieves, Ph. D., and thesis advisor Prof. Yvette Torres Rivera.
The defense is open to the general public. Everyone is invited to attend.
