On Thursday, November 19, 2020, Nadya Rivera Carrasquillo, defended her thesis titled Puerto Rican Legends and Traditions, a translation from Spanish into English of Tradiciones y leyendas puertorriqueñas by Cayetano Coll y Toste.
The Thesis Committee, formed by Alejandro Álvarez Nieves, Ph. D., Aurora Lauzardo Ugarte, Ph.D., and thesis advisor David Auerbach, Ph. D., awarded her thesis the grade sobresaliente.
