The PGT assigns one of its faculty member the task of advising students during the various stages of his or her studies, from the start of their studies up until graduation. This person meets with students twice a year, before the registration process, to advise them on their course selection. He or she also advises them, either individually or collectively, with regards to the graduate examination, thesis, and other graduation requirements.
